Is the plan b kingsley team deck good?

i am kind of new to skating i can do an ollie and shuvit so far?
i would put grind king or royal tucks on it with swiss bearing and hubba wheels. i really wanna know if the deck is goo and if i should get royals or grindkings

    Plan B decks are good, our park decks are made by them. I prefer Indys, but between the two you mentioned, Grind King is made in the US, Royals are made in China.
