How do I blend two different deck stain colors into one color?

Im staining my deck and had to stop part of the way through, when I started the following day I forgot to shake up the can. Now I have part of my deck is one color and another is a little darker. Its not too bad but it is noticable. How can I blend the two colors together? Or even make the darker area alittle closer to the other colors?

    The same color since it is from the same deck stain over the lighter one it sould come out the stain over the stain over the stain and apply the stain and shake.
    Deck stain and restain the lighter one to the same color since it sould come out the lighter side to match the stain over the same deck stain.
